Foundation excavation to 1.8 m was completed, and the sand and crushed-stone cushion was arranged with layer-by-layer compaction. A geodetic level check was performed.
Site preparation
Geodetic site marking was completed, the construction site with temporary utilities was organized, and fencing plus welfare cabins were installed.
Design
The full architectural and structural design set was completed, with positive expert review and all required government approvals obtained.
