This is a normal and frequent scenario. We start with a consultation: discussing the plot, your wishes, budget and timelines. Then we offer: a ready project from the catalog (adapted to the plot), an individual project or schematic design. After the project is approved, we move to construction.

Bereke uses three-level control: technical supervision checks critical stages and hidden work, the site foreman is responsible for daily execution, the project manager coordinates the process and communication.
