Bereke Group
A design-and-build company with an engineering-first approach. We design and build private homes and low-rise commercial properties in Almaty. Quality control, process transparency and responsible execution are the foundation of our work.

A team of engineers, architects and builders with shared responsibility for the result
Who is Bereke Group
We are a design-and-build company from Almaty that designs and builds modern private homes and low-rise commercial properties. We work with clients who value control, process transparency and a predictable result.
Design
Individual projects for homes and commercial properties
Construction
Turnkey construction with quality control at every stage
Integrated projects
From concept to final handover — one team, one responsibility
Geography of work
Primary work area is Almaty and the Almaty region. Plots in the foothills, within the city and suburban areas.
Types of properties
Private homes (single-storey, two-storey, with basement, with garage), low-rise commercial buildings, offices, showrooms.
Key difference: Bereke is not a typical contractor that simply performs work. It's a team with engineering thinking, IT DNA and process discipline that takes full responsibility for a project from the idea stage to final handover.
Company history and founder context
Bereke Group was founded by Nariman Toibayev — an engineer with a background in IT, DevOps and systems thinking. This approach shaped the company from the inside.

Nariman Toibayev
Founder of Bereke Group
IT and engineering background
Before construction, Nariman worked in IT: developing systems, managing infrastructure, building DevOps processes. The main skill he brought to construction is systems thinking: breaking complex processes into manageable stages, finding root causes of problems and controlling quality through checkpoints.
For him, construction is not chaos but a managed system with inputs, processes, checks and outputs. That is why Bereke works differently from typical contractors.
Why this matters to clients
The IT approach means: process transparency, digital recording of stages, proactive risk management, root-cause analysis of problems instead of cosmetic fixes.
For the client this means fewer surprises, more control, predictable timelines and budget, clear communication and a documented process.
How the company came about
The Bereke idea was born from personal experience: Nariman encountered the chaos of typical construction when building his own home. Lack of system, poor coordination, hidden defects, rework and schedule delays.
He realized that construction needs an engineering approach: planning, quality control at stages, transparency, accountability and a single responsible team. That's how Bereke Group was created — a company built on the principles of systems thinking and control.
Company evolution
Since its founding, Bereke has designed 70,000+ m² and built 45,000+ m². More than 120 homes and commercial properties. But what matters most is not the scale but the approach: every project is managed as an engineering system with quality control, transparency and accountability at every stage.
The main point: Founder context matters not as biography but as an explanation of why Bereke's processes are more structured, transparent and manageable. Engineering and IT DNA are not marketing — they are a real advantage for the client.
What sets Bereke apart from the typical market
This comparison is not to criticize the market, but to explain why you should choose based on manageability and trust, not just price.
Engineering-first management
Construction as a craft: doing it 'the usual way', relying on the foreman's experience
Construction as an engineering system: planning, checkpoints, root-cause analysis, proactive risk management
IT DNA and digital transparency
Communication via calls and messages, photos in WhatsApp, no structured reporting
Client cabinet, digital recording of stages, photo and video archive, stage visibility, progress dashboard
Process control and checkpoints
Control only at the final handover, hidden work not recorded
Control at every critical stage, photo documentation of hidden work, system testing, documentation
One responsible team
Different contractors for design, construction, engineering — no shared responsibility
One Bereke team leads the project from concept to key: design, construction, technical supervision, communication
Transparency and accountability
Client doesn't know what's happening on site until they visit in person
Weekly updates, access to site photos and videos, transparent estimate, clear schedule
Modern execution culture
Working from old habits, resistance to change, 'we've always built this way'
Modern materials, technologies, coordination tools, continuous process improvement
Important to understand: These differences are not decorative. They directly affect the likelihood of rework, schedule delays, hidden defects and project cost overruns. When choosing a contractor, ask not only 'how much does it cost' but also 'how is the process organized', 'who is responsible for quality', 'how do you control hidden work'.
Numbers, scale and areas of responsibility
The company has scale and real people behind the results. Each area of responsibility is assigned to a specific team.
Responsibility map
Overall management, strategy, processes, quality control
Design of homes and commercial properties, structural engineering, systems
Site management, crew coordination, materials, timelines
Quality control at stages, documentation of hidden work, inspections
Client liaison, updates, transparency, questions and approvals
Calculations, engineering systems, geology, seismics, materials
Key advantage: All these roles are within one Bereke company. These are not different contractors blaming each other for problems. This is one team with shared responsibility for the project from concept to key.
How Bereke Group's processes work
We explain why there is less chaos inside Bereke than in the typical construction market
How decisions are made
All project decisions go through a structured flow: client → designer → builders → technical supervision → founder approval for critical changes. No 'the foreman decided on his own', no 'forgot to ask the architect'.
Результат для клиента: No unexpected changes that spoil the project. Everything is agreed, documented, clear.
Office and site coordination
Construction is not an isolated island. The site foreman is connected to the office through structured updates: weekly meetings, photo and video reports, schedule synchronization, proactive problem-solving before issues become critical.
Результат для клиента: Problems are discovered early, when they are still cheap to fix. No situation of 'we found out a month later that something went wrong'.
How checkpoints are recorded
Critical stages are not closed until inspection is passed: we don't close the foundation until reinforcement is checked, we don't seal engineering until pressure testing, we don't install the facade until wall waterproofing is checked. Every checkpoint is documented with photos, video and acts.
Результат для клиента: Hidden defects don't go inside the home. There is proof of quality at every stage.
Communication and stage visibility
The client shouldn't have to guess what's happening on site. Bereke provides access to site photos and videos, weekly updates, a transparent schedule and a clear estimate. Technical supervision explains to the client why things are done a certain way.
Результат для клиента: Less anxiety, more control, process understanding, trust in the team.

We make the company tangible through proof artifacts — not staged visuals, but real company life
Client cabinet and digital transparency
Bereke is developing a digital visibility system: clients get access to a personal dashboard where they can see construction progress, site photos and videos, work schedule, current estimate and documentation. This is not the future — it is already being implemented.
Почему это важно: The client doesn't depend on calls to the foreman to find out what's happening. All information is available in one place, structured and understandable.
Licenses and documents
Bereke Group operates with a full package of licenses and certificates: construction license, design license, SRO permits, licenses for engineering systems.
View guarantees and documents→Quality checks and standards
We use Russian and Kazakhstani SNiP standards, international standards for materials, and our own quality control checklists at each stage.
Every project passes at least 15 control points from geology to final handover.

Office and working environment
Bereke Group is not a virtual company. We have an office in Almaty where architects, designers, engineers and the management team work. Clients can come in, meet the team, review projects and discuss details in person.
Behind-the-scenes materials
Bereke documents not just the final results but the process: site visits, working meetings, project reviews, site coordination, quality checks, explanations to clients about complex moments. These materials show real company life — how decisions are made, how people work, how responsibility is organized.
