About the project

A modern single-story home that blends organically into the natural landscape. The architecture is built on a combination of simple geometric forms and natural textures: light, concrete-textured facades are harmoniously complemented by rhythmic warm wood accents. A distinctive feature of the project is the continuous horizontal line of the flat roof, which seamlessly transitions into a massive carport on one side and forms a cozy covered terrace for relaxation on the other. Large windows let in maximum natural light, blurring the boundaries between the interior and the surrounding environment

The house layout has a T-shaped configuration, allowing the space to be perfectly divided into three independent wings: the main living area, the guest wing, and the master suite. Kitchen–living room (55.4 m²) — an impressive volume combining a kitchen with an island and a spacious living area. Panoramic glazing connects the interior with the outdoor environment. Terrace (36.7 m²) — a large outdoor space with a dining area, ideal for entertaining guests and family celebrations. Master bedroom (18.3 m²) — a private suite for the owners, including a walk-in closet (5.2 m²), access to a covered terrace, and a private bathroom. Two bedrooms (18.8 m² and 19.1 m²) — located in a separate wing and separated by a shared walk-in closet (6.0 m²). Each room has access to its own or an adjacent bathroom, ensuring full privacy. Hall (23.6 m²) — a spacious and bright central core connecting all three wings of the house. Laundry room (4.4 m²) and boiler room (5.5 m²) — technical spaces are placed in a separate block near the entrance and kitchen. Storage system — in addition to built-in wardrobes in the rooms, an extra corridor closet (4.3 m²) is provided for seasonal storage.
