Architectural renders

Before construction, the project was assembled in detailed visualizations. They helped verify the facade plasticity, the evening lighting scenario, the interior atmosphere, and the consistency of decisions across the whole house.

Structure and seismic performance

A fully monolithic system calculated for 10-point seismic conditions. The load-bearing structure is built with reinforced concrete pylons instead of conventional columns, supporting both architectural clarity and structural reliability.

The flat roof is built as a professional layered engineering system with waterproofing, insulation, screed, aerators, and well-planned ventilation for long-term durability and protection.

Engineering decisions

10-point seismic design basis
Reinforced concrete pylons
Structural redundancy in key nodes
Concrete quality control
Material testing
Control procedures
Deformation checks
Additional structural ties

Execution discipline: control at every stage, from reinforcement to final delivery.
