Plot size and style

A comfortable single-storey home requires a plot of at least 8–10 acres. Modern single-storey homes often feature horizontal lines, a flat or low-pitch roof and panoramic windows.

The larger the house, the larger the plot you'll need. For projects over 200 m² we recommend a plot of 10–12+ acres.

In single-storey homes, layout changes are often simpler than in two-storey buildings — there's no need to account for load-bearing floor slabs of an upper level. This makes single-storey projects especially flexible for adaptation to your requirements.
