Step-free horizontal layout — comfortable for every family member, with direct connection between living spaces and terraces
Every project adapts to your land plot, family composition and lifestyle. Ready designs with proven structure and an accurate build cost estimate.

A single-storey home is a choice of convenience, simplicity and connection to the land. The horizontal layout creates its own unique way of life.
Living on one level eliminates stairs — comfortable for children, older adults and every member of the family without exception.
Horizontal zoning creates natural connections between rooms and simplifies the organisation of the home's entire space.
Single-storey homes are built faster, require fewer complex structural elements and are often cheaper to maintain.
Every living room has direct access to the garden, terraces or patio — creating a closer relationship with nature and the outdoor space.
No stairs makes the home safer for young children and provides comfortable movement at any age.
An open single-level layout encourages shared time together and better communication within the family.
A single-storey home suits you if your plot is large enough (8–10+ acres), a step-free horizontal layout matters, your family includes young children or elderly members, or you value the direct connection of living rooms to terraces and the garden.
If your plot is narrow or you need to minimise the building footprint, two-storey projects are worth considering — they are better suited to compact plots.

Almost all single-storey projects include a terrace or the option to add one — a natural extension of the living space and the key advantage of a single level.
A comfortable single-storey home requires a plot of at least 8–10 acres. Modern single-storey homes often feature horizontal lines, a flat or low-pitch roof and panoramic windows.
The larger the house, the larger the plot you'll need. For projects over 200 m² we recommend a plot of 10–12+ acres.
In single-storey homes, layout changes are often simpler than in two-storey buildings — there's no need to account for load-bearing floor slabs of an upper level. This makes single-storey projects especially flexible for adaptation to your requirements.

Answers to help you choose the right single-storey house project
The optimal area depends on the family composition. For a family of 3–4, 150–200 m² is comfortable: 3 bedrooms, a generous kitchen-living area, 2 bathrooms, utility space and a terrace. For larger families, 200–250 m² projects work well. Compact 120–150 m² single-storey homes are a good choice for smaller families or as a country retreat.
